PCR is an amplification method of DNA, which can multiply (disconnect and multiply) DNA sequence millions of times within a few hours. Examination is carried out by CFX-96 BioRad multifunctional, precise, and flexible real-time amplification system. It enables to perform multicomplex examinations up to 5 targets in 96 samples. This method enables rapid detection of bacterial and viral diseases in early incubation stages.
