How is the procedure performed?
Small electrodes are placed on the scalp to detect and record brain activity.
At our center, specialists utilize the Nihon Kohden Neurofax EEG-1200K device, which enables both short-term and long-term (24-hour) EEG video studies.

Important Information for 24-Hour EEG Video Monitoring:
NOTICE:
The recording from the EEG video monitoring is retained for five working days. If you wish to receive the recording, please inform the medical staff before the examination and provide a new (sealed) 64 GB USB flash drive; the recording will be given at no charge.
The EEG examination image (without recording) is stored for three months. To obtain the image, please present a new (sealed) 4 GB USB flash drive within the specified time frame. The image will be provided free of charge.
